Role & responsibilities Payroll Operations Oversee end-to-end payroll processing for multiple countries including India, China, UK, Europe, Middle East, and South America . Manage regular, off-cycle, and year-end payroll activities ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Employee Support and Communication Act as the primary point of contact for employee payroll-related inquiries across regions. Develop and conduct payroll onboarding sessions, training, and communication to educate staff on relevant policies and procedures.
