We are hiring an IT Engineer responsible for the normal operation of the IT departments network, maintenance of desktop systems (both hardware and software), and installation and debugging of IT and peripheral equipment

Working Items and Responsibilities

• Hardware/Software Installation and Maintenance

  (40%)
• Assemble desktop hardware, install Windows systems, and configure necessary office software.
• Install and configure Windows systems and office software on laptops.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware issues for desktops/laptops.
• Manage and maintain printers, projectors, and other peripherals.
• Backup data on file servers, create user accounts, and assign permissions.
• Manage corporate email accounts and configure user email clients.
• Install and maintain professional software on servers and clients.
• Assign user printing permissions and compile monthly print reports.

Network System Deployment and Maintenance

• Install, debug, and maintain telephone communication systems.
• Deploy and maintain gigabit LAN lines and network equipment.
• Deploy and debug wireless solutions.

Information System Installation and Support

• Install, configure, and provide technical support for industrial information systems.
• Install, configure, and provide technical support for office systems.
• Adjust and optimize information systems based on company business processes.
• Day to day issue handling of end users.
