Job Title:E-commerce Address Verification & Shipment Booking Executive Job Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our logistics and operations team. The primary responsibility of this role is to verify customer addresses for accuracy and completeness, and to book shipments using our internal or third-party courier panel. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of e-commerce order processing, basic data entry skills, and familiarity with shipment panels or courier platforms. Key Responsibilities:Verify and validate customer shipping addresses for completeness, accuracy, and serviceability. Communicate with the customer service team to resolve address discrepancies or missing details. Use courier or logistics platforms (like Shiprocket, Delhivery, etc.) to book shipments for verified orders. Ensure all shipments are booked in a timely manner to meet dispatch deadlines. Select the most appropriate courier partner based on location, weight, and serviceability. Print and organize shipping labels, and coordinate with the dispatch team for handover. Monitor shipment status and resolve any booking or pickup issues. Maintain accurate records of all bookings and shipments for reporting purposes. Requirements:Prior experience in e-commerce operations or logistics is a plus. Basic knowledge of courier/shipping platforms or logistics panels. Strong attention to detail and data accuracy. Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently. Basic computer proficiency (Excel, Word, web-based platforms). Good communication skills in English and local language. Preferred Qualifications:Familiarity with platforms like Shiprocket, Pickrr, Delhivery, etc. Experience in customer address verification or support roles. Work Environment:Office-based role with coordination between customer service and warehouse/logistics team.
