IT Engineer

Job Summary: We are looking for a dedicated and skilled IT Engineer to support and manage software systems used in real estate operations. This includes overseeing plot ID generation, addition/cancellation processes, data entry accuracy, and general IT infrastructure management. The candidate will play a critical role in ensuring seamless software operation, database accuracy, and technical support across departments. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and operate internal real estate software related to plots and client data. - Perform plot addition, cancellation, and modification tasks with accuracy and timely updates. - Maintain and troubleshoot plot ID operations and ensure consistency in records. - Monitor, maintain, and support company-wide IT infrastructure including desktops, printers, and networking equipment. - Assist with regular data backups, updates, and system maintenance to ensure data integrity. - Coordinate with vendors for software issues and upgrades. - Generate reports related to plot bookings, inventory, and cancellations. - Maintain data security and compliance with company IT policies. - Document software usage SOPs and train new employees as needed. Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related field. - 1–3 years of experience in IT operations, preferably in the real estate sector. - Proficiency in operating internal software systems and MS Office tools (Excel, Word). - Understanding of real estate documentation and plot management is a plus. - Strong problem-solving, coordination, and communication skills. - Ability to multitask and work independently under minimal supervision. Preferred Skills: - Experience with ERP or CRM software used in real estate.
