General Summary

Qualcomm is seeking a SCM Technical member with 3-5 years working experience as a Perforce Administrator to work in the Software Engineering IT team. This position will be part of a Global Engineering IT organization supporting Qualcomm's next generation engineering innovations. Ideal candidate will be responsible for the operational support, administration, and lifecycle management of Perforce (Helix Core) services. You will help manage a very large-scale and globally distributed implementation of Perforce and other SCM systems. This position is for a hands-on contributor on projects and the role will also participate in strategic as well as operational support initiatives. This role includes maintaining high availability of Perforce systems, troubleshooting incidents, handling service requests, and contributing to ongoing projects. The engineer will work heavily in Linux environments and will support automation/orchestration tasks. Experience with Chef is a strong advantage.

Minimum Qualifications

• 3+ years of IT-related work experience with a Bachelor's degree.

5+ years of IT-related work experience without a Bachelor's degree.
