The ideal candidate will be proficient in the Zoho suite, have strong technical knowledge of API integrations, and be passionate about empowering users through structured learning sessions. 🚀 Key Responsibilities 🧑‍💻 Zoho Development Design and implement business applications using Zoho CRM, Creator, Books, Inventory, Recruit, Projects, Desk, Expense, and Analytics. Customize and automate workflows, blueprints, and approval processes using Deluge scripting. Integrate Zoho with third-party platforms via REST APIs, webhooks, and middleware tools. Create client portals, dashboards, and reports with advanced data visualization in Zoho Analytics. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, map processes, and deliver effective Zoho solutions. Perform regular upgrades, bug fixes, and performance tuning for Zoho applications. 🎓 Training & Enablement Develop and conduct onboarding and upskilling programs on Zoho applications for internal teams and clients. Create SOPs, user manuals, and training videos to enhance platform adoption and usage efficiency. Host workshops, webinars, and one-on-one coaching sessions for business units. Monitor learner feedback and continuously improve training content and delivery. ✅ Required Skills & Experience 2+ years of experience as a Zoho Developer, with proven project delivery. Experience in training delivery or team enablement programs (internal or external). Proficient in Deluge, Zoho REST APIs, and integration tools (e.g., Zapier, Make). Sound understanding of OOP, Data Structures, DBMS, and API integration principles. Ability to customize user interfaces and dashboards within Zoho applications. Experience with Salesforce is a plus. 🧠 Soft Skills Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Comfortable working across departments in a collaborative setup. Skilled in event management, client interaction, and stakeholder presentations. 🎓 Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
