Hiring Now: Consultant – Government Advisory (Water & Sanitation Department, Maharashtra)

Location: Navi Mumbai (Primary) | Travel to Nariman Point as required

Type: LPE Contract – 12 Months

Budget: ₹12–15 LPA

We are seeking an experienced Consultant to support a prestigious engagement with the Government of Maharashtra, Water & Sanitation Department. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in technology consulting, project management, and government advisory services, particularly in large-scale digital transformation and e-Governance projects.

Key Responsibilities:

*Lead and support PMU/PMC activities for e-Governance projects.

*Conduct requirement gathering, AS-IS & TO-BE analysis, and FRS documentation.

*Coordinate with development teams to ensure successful implementation as per SDLC.

*Contribute to cloud computing projects, including cost estimation, migration, and monitoring.

*Oversee UI/UX design, data architecture, and workflow design for web and mobile applications.

*Manage vendor relationships, RFP preparation, SLA monitoring, and bid process management.

*Conduct UATs, handle change requests, and facilitate training & capacity building.

*Prepare detailed project documentation, reports, and presentations for stakeholders.

Qualification & Experience:

*BE/B.Tech (Computer Science / IT / Electronics & Telecommunication).

MBA/PGDBM preferred.

*Minimum 5+ years of professional experience with 3+ years in Government Advisory / e-Governance projects.

*Proven expertise in technology or strategy consulting, digital transformation, and project management.

*Experience working with Big 4 firms or leading IT/consulting companies is highly desirable.

*Proficiency in Marathi (read, write, and speak) preferred.

*Prior experience in the Water & Sanitation sector will be an advantage.
