IT Consultant

Role & responsibilities

The Consultant will play the role of a Delivery Lead, and ensures successful implementation by strategically planning, managing projects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams and business partners.
Business Partner Engagement• Collaborate with partners to understand requirements and expectations.• Review use cases to align with platform capabilities.• Map requirements to platform functionalities, identifying enhancement opportunities.• Recommend how platform can support their goals and ensure integration.• Facilitate onboarding and establish partnerships.

Demand Management and Project Intake
• Review ServiceNow demand queue for new projects.• Conduct intake discussions to define scope and gather requirements.• Align on key milestones:o Development completeo QA completeo Integration/sign-offo Technical go-liveo Operational/business go-live• Assess business criticality and funding for each project.• Identify dependencies and align go-live dates with the platform release calendar.• Share questionnaires to aid in estimation and preparation.

Preferred candidate profile

Minimum three (3) years experience working on project(s) involving the implementation of solutions applying development life cycles (e.g., SDLC). Minimum one (1) year in a technical lead role with or without direct reports.
Three (3) years of experience doing financial transactions and knowledge of OPEX, CAPEX, CORE, INVESTMENT.
