Job Description

We are seeking a target-driven IT Bidder to acquire new business opportunities and secure projects from online platforms like LinkedIn with a minimum of 3 to 4 years of experience in online bidding . The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in online bidding, client communication, and closing deals. Please note that your compensation package will be directly tied to your performance ( commission-based salary )and achievement of predetermined targets. Key Responsibilities: Online Bidding & Lead Generation Identify potential projects on LinkedIn and the local network . Submit competitive proposals and follow up with clients. Achieve assigned monthly/quarterly revenue targets. Client Communication & Deal Closing Engage with clients via chat, email, and calls to understand their requirements. Handle negotiations, contract agreements, and secure long-term projects. Requirement Gathering & Coordination Collaborate with the development & design team to provide accurate project estimates. Suggest innovative solutions to clients and maintain customer satisfaction. Sales & Revenue Growth Work strategically to increase the win ratio and boost company revenue. Maintain a strong sales pipeline and track performance against set targets. Market Research & Strategy Development Analyse competitor strategies and bidding patterns. Optimise bidding techniques to maximise project acquisition. Target & Incentive StructRequired Skills & Qualifications: Experience: 3 to 4 years in online bidding. Knowledge of Platforms: Expertise in Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, Guru, PPH, LinkedIn Sales Navigator , etc. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written English for client interactions. Proposal Writing: Ability to create winning proposals with competitive pricing. Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to close deals and maximise profits. Technical Understanding: Basic knowledge of web & app development, digital marketing, and software solutions . Target-Oriented Approach: Strong motivation to meet and exceed revenue goals. Preferred Qualifications: BBA/MBA/B.Tech/BCA or a relevant degree in Business or IT. Previous experience working in a target-based sales role . Familiarity with CRM tools and lead-tracking software.
