Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller with minimum 6 months to 1 year of prior experience in telecalling or telesales. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a persuasive approach to convert leads into potential customers. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database Explain products/services and generate interest among prospects Follow up on leads and inquiries through phone calls, messages, or emails Maintain a daily record of calls and customer interactions Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for lead generation or sales Handle customer queries and resolve issues in a professional manner Coordinate with sales or support teams for smooth lead conversion Requirements: Minimum 6 months to 1 year of telecalling or telesales experience Strong communication skills in Hindi Ability to handle rejection and remain confident Basic computer knowledge, MS Excel Good listening and convincing skills Goal-oriented and self-motivated Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in telecalling Familiarity with CRM tools or lead management systems Benefits: On-the-job training Career growth opportunities Job Types: Full-time, Fresher Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month Benefits: Paid time off Schedule: Day shift Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: Telecaller: 1 year (Preferred) Language: Hindi (Preferred) Location: Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur, Rajasthan (Preferred) Work Location: In person
