IT Associate

Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced IT Support / System Administrator to manage, secure, and support our IT infrastructure. The candidate must have proven, hands-on experience in the following areas:

• VOIP ,SIP, Dialer & Softphone systems
• Firewall configuration & management
• Active Directory (AD) Server administration
• End-user support (hardware, software & network)
• Cyber Security practices (threat monitoring, patching, compliance)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide daily end-user IT support for hardware, software, VOIP, and networking issues.
• Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Active Directory servers, user accounts, and Group Policies.
• Administer firewalls including access rules, VPNs, and security monitoring.
• Manage and support VOIP/SIP-based systems and softphone applications.
• Implement and monitor cyber security best practices including patch management, access control, and compliance with GDPR.
• Configure and maintain switches, routers, and remote access solutions.
• Ensure data backup, restore, and disaster recovery readiness.
• Support and monitor cloud platforms (Office 365, Google Workspace, etc.).
• Maintain IT asset documentation, SOPs, and inventory records.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven work experience as IT Support Engineer / System Administrator.
• Mandatory:
• VOIP systems & Softphone support
• Firewall management (rules, monitoring, VPN)
• Active Directory Server & Group Policy administration
• End-user IT support (hardware/software/networking)
• Cyber Security knowledge & practices (vulnerability management, threat detection, compliance)
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Windows Server, networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs).
• Hands-on experience with switches, routers, and VPN setup.
• Certifications like CCNA, MCSA, MCSE, will be an added advantage.

Soft Skills

• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Clear communication and end-user support ability.
• Ability to work independently and handle critical issues under pressure.
