Job Description

1. Manage and maintain structured databases generated from multiple field sites
2. Write, test, and optimize code for database queries and software integration 3. Work closely with the external IT consultant to co-design and iterate software solutions 4. Ensure data integrity, quality checks, and security protocols for daily operations 5. Generate routine analytics, reports, and visualizations for program monitoring 6. Support field teams with data-related troubleshooting and onboarding 7. Maintain documentation and standard operating procedures for database workflows 8. Assist in deploying and maintaining health information systems at project sites
