Responsibilities:

• Configure, monitor, and maintain LAN/WAN, firewalls, routers, and switches.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network-related issues to ensure high availability.
• Implement and manage network security protocols to safeguard data and systems.
• Server & Infrastructure Management
• Administer and maintain Windows and Linux servers.
• Ensure system performance, backups, updates, and security patches.
• Support virtualization, storage solutions, and IT infrastructure upgrades.
• Project & Operations Management
• Manage IT projects end-to-end, including planning, implementation, and delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business needs.
• Ensure documentation of network diagrams, system configurations, and IT processes.
• Security & Compliance
• Monitor for vulnerabilities and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure IT infrastructure complies with organizational policies and standards.
• Support & Troubleshooting
• Provide Level 2/3 support for network and infrastructure issues.
• Guide and mentor junior team members where required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven expertise in network administration and IT infrastructure management.
• Hands-on experience with LAN/WAN, firewalls, routers, and switches.
• Strong experience in Windows and Linux server management.
• Solid understanding of IT security, backup, and disaster recovery solutions.
• Ability to manage IT projects end-to-end with minimal supervision.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Nice to Have:

• Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, MCSA, or RHCE.
• Experience with cloud networking/infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or IBM Cloud).
