### **Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled and proactive **IT Executive** with strong knowledge in **Networking and Hardware**, preferably with an academic background in **IT or CCNA certification**. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the hotel’s IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth operations of all systems, and providing technical support to staff as needed.

### **Key Responsibilities:**

* Manage, troubleshoot, and maintain **network infrastructure** including routers, switches, firewalls, and access points.

* Provide support for **hardware systems**, including desktops, laptops, printers, biometric machines, and POS systems.

* Ensure regular **system backups**, data security, and timely updates of software and antivirus.

* Monitor and maintain **hotel PMS, POS, and other application systems** to ensure minimum downtime.

* Conduct routine checks of servers, networks, and internet connectivity.

* Assist with installation and configuration of new systems, hardware, and software.

* Ensure proper **asset management** and documentation of IT equipment.

* Coordinate with external vendors for system upgrades, repairs, and AMC services.

* Provide prompt **IT support** to all departments and resolve technical issues efficiently.

* Maintain compliance with hotel IT policies and ensure data protection standards.

### **Skills & Qualifications Required:**

* **Educational Background:**

* Diploma/Degree in **Information Technology**

* Preferred: **CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate)** or equivalent knowledge

* **Technical Skills:**

* Strong understanding of **Network Concepts** (LAN/WAN, DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP, VLANs, Routing).

* Hands-on experience in **network devices** like routers, switches, and firewalls.

* Good knowledge of **hardware troubleshooting** (PCs, printers, servers).

* Familiarity with **Windows OS, Server Management, and Active Directory**.

* Knowledge of hotel IT applications (PMS, POS) is an added advantage.

* **Other Skills:**

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

* Ability to work independently and under pressure.

* Good communication and coordination skills.

* High level of integrity and professionalism.

### **Experience:**

1–3 years of experience in IT Support, Networking, or Hardware Maintenance preferred. Freshers with CCNA knowledge may also apply.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per year
