Responsibilities:
Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, operating systems, and applications
Monitor system performance and maintain local area networks (LAN) and internet connectivity
Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues
Replace faulty components and ensure timely resolution of technical problems
Maintain technical documentation and generate relevant support reports
Follow standard operating procedures and diagrams for system setup and issue resolution
Assist with the rollout of new systems, software, and applications
Ensure uninterrupted task progress until resolution or appropriate escalation
Manage multiple technical support tickets effectively, based on priority
Test and evaluate new technology for potential implementation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in IT support roles (hardware, software, and networking)
Familiarity with Windows/Mac OS, MS Office, and basic networking tools
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and documentation skills
Ability to multitask and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
Good interpersonal and communication skills
