IT Application Lead

MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB:

The Application Lead will own, govern, and continuously improve the organization’s complete application ecosystem, ensuring that all Line-of-Business (LOB) systems, custom software, and enterprise platforms operate in an integrated, stable, and secure manner. This role serves as the technical and functional anchor for digital transformation initiatives critically leading the successful design, deployment, scaling of application across the enterprise and aligned to business goals while leveraging cloud infrastructure effectively.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:

8–12 years of experience in enterprise applications (ERP/CRM/HRMS/DMS etc.)

Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, APIs, and system architecture.

Hands-on experience in implementing and supporting LOB applications.

Excellent vendor management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Functional knowledge of key business processes—Finance, SCM, Manufacturing, Sales & HR

Ability to lead cross-functional projects and ensure timely delivery.
