Job Description

Role Overview: As an IT Analyst, your primary responsibility will be to analyze and evaluate the current IT systems within the organization. This involves assessing the effectiveness of the existing IT infrastructure, software, and processes. You will need to identify areas for improvement by analyzing workflows, identifying bottlenecks, and pinpointing where technology can enhance productivity and efficiency. Based on your analysis, you will recommend solutions which may include proposing new software, hardware upgrades, or process changes. Key Responsibilities: - Develop system requirements by translating business needs into technical specifications for software and hardware. - Collaborate with developers and engineers to design, develop, and implement new systems. - Manage projects to ensure the implementation of new systems is delivered on time and within budget. - Troubleshoot technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity. - Provide user support and training on new systems to ensure effective usage. - Maintain the security and performance of IT systems. - Research new technologies and evaluate emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation. Qualifications Required: - Freshers are welcome to apply. - Proficiency in Tamil language is preferred.
