IT Analyst – Data Integration, Automation & Development

We are looking for a skilled IT Analyst – Data Integration, Automation & Development to support our internal healthcare technology systems. This role involves developing and maintaining automation workflows, integrating systems through HL7 and FHIR interfaces, and supporting our healthcare data environment for US-based clients.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Python, SQL, HL7, and FHIR-based APIs, along with a strong understanding of healthcare data exchange and process automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and support data integration and automation workflows for internal healthcare systems.
• Build and maintain Python scripts and API connectors to exchange data between systems (HL7, FHIR, REST, SOAP).
• Manage and troubleshoot HL7 message processing and ensure successful data flow between EMR, transcription, and billing systems.
• Design, test, and deploy data interfaces with third-party systems, healthcare clearinghouses, and internal tools.
• Perform data mapping, transformation, and validation using SQL, Python, and CSV/JSON datasets.
• Support VB.NET or web-based applications used in internal RCM and IT operations.
• Monitor Windows servers, RDP/VPN access, and integration logs to ensure secure and stable operations.
• Collaborate with QA and development teams to debug, document, and optimize automation processes.
• Participate in process improvement and documentation of integration workflows and system logic.

Required / Preferred Skills

• Strong experience with Python scripting and SQL (queries, joins, validation, automation).
• Good understanding of HL7, FHIR, and API-based data integration.
• Familiarity with healthcare data formats (ADT, ORU, ORM, CCD, JSON, XML, CSV).
• Basic understanding of VB.NET, C#, or web-based development (preferred).
• Hands-on experience with Windows Server, VPN, and network troubleshooting.
• Experience with automation, ETL, or data pipeline development.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Prior experience in US Healthcare, RCM, or EMR/EHR system support is highly preferred.

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications in SQL, Python, HL7, FHIR, or healthcare IT are a plus but not mandatory.
• Equivalent work experience with strong technical skills may be considered in lieu of a degree.

Good to Have (Preferred Skills)

• Exposure to integration engines (e.g., Mirth Connect, Iguana, or similar).
• Experience with Azure, AWS, or any cloud data workflow tools.
• Understanding of HIPAA compliance, PHI data handling, and healthcare interoperability.
• Knowledge of automation frameworks (Airflow, Power Automate, or custom schedulers).
• Prior work with RCM systems, EHRs, or practice management platforms.

Work Schedule & Location

• Shift: Night Shift (05:30 PM – 02:30 AM IST, Monday to Friday)
• Location: Onsite – Noida, India
• Transport: Candidates must have their own means of commute.
