Job Description

You are a highly motivated USA Healthcare RCM Sales Business Development Representative joining the Sales & Demand Generation team. Your experience in sales, particularly cold calling and lead generation, along with a solid understanding of the USA healthcare system, specifically Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), is crucial. You have hands-on experience using HubSpot CRM to manage prospects, track sales activities, and ensure effective follow-up. Your role includes meeting monthly targets for cold calling, lead qualification, and building a robust sales pipeline for USA Healthcare RCM solutions. Engage with US-based healthcare providers to present our solutions and drive revenue growth. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct outbound cold calling and lead generation targeting US-based healthcare providers for USA Healthcare RCM solutions. - Meet monthly cold calling and lead qualification targets to ensure a steady flow of qualified leads. - Research and profile target accounts to identify key decision-makers in the healthcare industry. - Qualify leads by understanding specific RCM needs of healthcare providers and introducing our services. - Use HubSpot CRM to track leads, update customer information, and manage the sales pipeline. - Engage healthcare professionals, schedule meetings, and collaborate with the Sales & Demand Generation team. - Maintain accurate records of sales activities in HubSpot CRM. - Stay informed about US healthcare trends, RCM practices, and cloud technologies. - Support the team in closing deals and driving revenue by demonstrating the value of our RCM solutions. - Meet monthly sales goals and KPIs for continuous growth and performance improvement. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Minimum 1 year of sales experience, particularly in cold calling, lead generation, ideally in healthcare or RCM. - Strong understanding of the US healthcare system and Revenue Cycle Management. - Proficiency in HubSpot CRM. - Experience with cold calling and engaging with healthcare professionals or B2B clients. - Ability to meet and exceed monthly sales targets. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to research and qualify leads effectively. - Strong organizational skills to manage multiple leads and sales activities. - Ability to work towards and meet sales targets and KPIs. Preferred Skills: - Previous experience in RCM Sales and lead generation. - In-depth knowledge of the US healthcare industry.
