We are seeking a skilled IT Administrator – Networking Specialist to oversee and maintain our organization’s network infrastructure, hardware assets, and server environments. In this role, you will ensure the reliability, security, and efficiency of our internal IT ecosystem supporting approximately 200 employees.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in network management, hardware maintenance, operating systems, and firewall administration—particularly Sophos. You will be responsible for the installation, troubleshooting, and ongoing support of a wide range of systems and devices used across the organization.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline.
Proven experience in IT administration with specialization in networking and hardware management.
Strong proficiency in Windows, Linux, and macOS operating systems.
Hands-on experience with server administration and virtualization technologies.
Solid understanding of network security and firewall systems, especially Sophos.
Exceptional troubleshooting abilities across hardware, software, and network environments.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills; ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
Certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Security+, Cisco CCNA, or Microsoft MCSA/MCSE are an advantage.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, manage priorities, and adapt to evolving technologies.
