Job Overview
We are seeking a Senior Architect / Technical Lead specializing in .NET Core with 15+ years of experience in enterprise application development. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in .NET Core, UI/UX architecture, and AI integration, with proven experience delivering scalable, high-performance, and user-friendly applications.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead architecture and development of enterprise applications on .NET Core 8+, including front-end UI design and AI integration.
- Design and implement microservices, APIs, and event-driven systems with AI capabilities (predictive analytics, NLP, recommendations).
- Architect PostgreSQL and MongoDB databases for high availability, performance, and AI-ready data pipelines.
- Define UI/UX architecture and guide front-end frameworks (Angular) for responsive and intuitive enterprise applications.
- Drive adoption of DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and automated monitoring.
- Mentor and lead development teams; conduct architecture reviews, code reviews, and UI/UX best practice sessions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into AI-enabled and user-friendly technical solutions.
- Ensure security, performance, and compliance across applications.
- Develop dashboards, reporting solutions, and AI analytics visualizations.
Required Skills
- 15+ years of professional experience in software development and architecture.
- Deep specialization in .NET Core 8+ and C#.
- Experience integrating AI/ML solutions (ML.NET, TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenAI APIs) into enterprise apps.
- Expertise in UI/UX architecture, front-end frameworks (React, Angular, Blazor), and enterprise-grade UI design.
- Advanced experience with PostgreSQL (replication, partitioning, performance tuning) and MongoDB (sharding, high availability, aggregation pipelines).
- Strong knowledge of system design, scalability, distributed computing, microservices architecture.
- Proficiency in DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and monitoring.
- Strong understanding of OOP, SOLID principles, design patterns, and coding best practices.
- Experience with third-party integrations, APIs, and multi-tenant SaaS applications.
- Experience in reporting/dashboard development and AI analytics visualization.
Good To Have
- Knowledge of Identity Management and Authentication frameworks (OAuth2, OpenID Connect, Keycloak, Okta, Azure AD).
- Experience with event-driven architectures like Kafka, RabbitMQ, or NiFi.
- Familiarity with observability/monitoring tools (Grafana, Prometheus, Elastic Stack).
- Experience in data pipelines, AI model deployment, real-time analytics, and UI/UX performance optimization.
