Key Responsibilities Design and develop new features based on functional specifications and design requirements. Proactively identify and fix bugs or errors in the application. Key Responsibilities Design user-centered interfaces and workflows for web and mobile applications. Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, journey maps, and mockups that lead to intuitive user experiences. Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and implement innovative UI/UX solutions. Translate business and user requirements into visually engaging, high-fidelity designs. Prepare brochures, whitepapers, infographics, and visual assets to support marketing initiatives. Design promotional materials including banners, standees, and handouts for campaigns and events. Produce video tutorials for product documentation and user guidance. Ensure consistency in design across all digital platforms and products. Keep up with industry trends, best practices, and emerging tools/technologies in UI/UX and visual : Bachelors degree in UI/UX Design, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field. 4 - 6 years of professional experience in UI/UX or visual design. Minimum 2 years of experience designing for software or digital products. Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as : Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, InVision, or similar Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects) Strong understanding of interaction design, user-centered design principles, and usability best practices. Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work both independently and in a team environment. A strong, diverse portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects and creative design work is to Have : Experience working in Agile environments.
