Graphic Designer

Role Overview: As a skilled and creative Graphic Designer, you will be an integral part of our Learning and Development (L&D) team. Your primary focus will be designing visually engaging content specifically tailored for employee training and development. Working closely with instructional designers and L&D professionals, you will play a crucial role in producing impactful presentations, training materials, and multimedia content that elevate the learning experience within the organization. Key Responsibilities: - Design high-quality, engaging PowerPoint presentations for internal training programs. - Create graphics, icons, templates, and visual assets to enhance e-learning and instructor-led training content. - Develop infographics, whitepapers, and illustrations that support complex training topics. - Collaborate with L&D stakeholders to conceptualize and design materials that align with learning objectives. - Assist in creating video tutorials, animations, and screen recordings using tools such as Camtasia or After Effects. - Produce banners, handouts, and visual materials for internal learning events and workshops. Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, Camtasia, and CorelDRAW. - Advanced-level design skills in Microsoft PowerPoint. - Ability to visualize abstract or technical concepts and effectively translate them into clear visuals. - Strong attention to detail and a solid understanding of instructional design principles. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work efficiently with cross-functional teams.
