Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Fundraising Manager who can drive our fundraising efforts, build relationships with consumer brand–focused investors (angels, VCs, family offices), and prepare investor-ready documents.

This role is crucial in scaling our distribution, expanding inventory, and unlocking nationwide growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute fundraising strategy (Seed / Angel / VC rounds).
• Build strong relationships with investors specializing in consumer brands / D2C / FMCG.
• Prepare high-quality investor documents:
• Pitch Deck
• Financial Projections & Valuations
• Business Plan
• Investor Updates
• Manage the complete fundraising lifecycle: outreach, investor meetings, negotiations, due diligence, and closure.
• Collaborate with founders to shape the investment story and market positioning.
• Stay updated on fundraising trends, valuation benchmarks, and investor appetite in consumer brands.

Requirements

• Proven track record in fundraising for consumer brands (mandatory).
• Strong existing network of consumer brand investors – angels, VCs, family offices.
• 5+ years of experience in fundraising, investor relations, corporate finance, or investment banking.
• Expertise in financial modeling, business planning, and investment documentation.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills to pitch investors effectively.
• Self-driven, proactive, and target-oriented.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹180,000.00 per month
