Investor Relations Manager

As an Investor Relations Manager/Investor Scout at Haveto.com, located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, you will be responsible for leading and managing fundraising and investor communication efforts. You will also be expected to monitor market trends, competitor funding rounds, and industry movements to guide investment strategies while promoting transparency and trust between the company and the investor community. To qualify for this role, you must hold an MBA in Finance from a recognized institution and have a minimum of 2 years of experience in investor relations, corporate finance, or startup fundraising. Your proven track record in managing VC rounds, strong financial modeling skills, and exceptional communication abilities will be essential. Additionally, your ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment with professionalism and discretion is highly valued. Nice-to-have qualifications include experience in tech or startup ecosystems, an existing network of VCs, and familiarity with tools such as PitchBook, Carta, or DocSend.
