Develop strategic communication plans and reporting for current and prospective investors. Maintain and update investor CRM and data room platforms. Act as a liaison between the company and the investor community, promoting transparency and trust. Required Qualifications: MBA in Finance from a recognized institution (mandatory). Minimum 2 years of experience in investor relations, corporate finance, or startup fundraising. Proven track record of working on VC rounds, ideally managing or supporting deals between $5M to $10M. Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and valuation skills. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, startup environment. High level of professionalism, discretion, and interpersonal skills. Nice-to-Haves: Experience working in tech or startup ecosystems. Existing network of VCs.
