With over 700+ brand collaborations and 500+ franchise deals successfully closed, we are now expanding our Investor Relations Team to further accelerate our mission.

Job Role & Responsibilities:

As an Investor Relationship Manager, you will be the face of our brand, actively engaging with potential investors, understanding their investment goals, and offering them the best franchise opportunities that align with their profile.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Building and nurturing long-term relationships with potential and existing investors.

Understanding investor requirements and pitching relevant franchise business models.

Presenting commercial proposals and explaining ROI, investment breakdown, and terms of association.

Coordinating between brand teams and investors to ensure smooth deal closures.

Managing follow-ups, documentation, and end-to-end client handling.

Taking complete ownership of the tasks assigned and delivering results within deadlines.

Travelling to investor locations or events as and when required to close deals.

Working closely with internal teams for lead conversion and client satisfaction.

Key Requirements:

Excellent communication skills in both Hindi and English.

Strong numerical and analytical skills; must be good with investment figures and ROI calculations.

Prior experience in direct sales, preferably in high-ticket or B2B domains.

A confident and extroverted personality, capable of handling in-person meetings with ease.

Self-driven and proactive; takes complete ownership of assigned tasks.

Must be outgoing and comfortable with regular travel.

Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred, freshers with strong sales intent may also apply.
