Investor Relations Manager

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Investor Relations Manager located in Mumbai. The Investor Relations Manager will be responsible for managing investor relations activities, including preparing and presenting financial information, conducting financial analyses, and developing financial models. The Manager will also oversee investor communication, coordinate investor meetings, and track investment trends and market conditions. The role requires close interaction with internal teams and external investors to facilitate accurate and timely information exchange.

• Proficiency in Investor Relations and Investments
• Strong Analytical Skills and experience in Financial Modeling
• Solid background in Finance with an understanding of financial principles and practices
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven track record of working effectively with investors and financial stakeholders
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field; a Master's degree or CFA designation is a plus
