Investor Relations Manager

You will be an integral part of building PedalInvest, the investment arm of PedalStart, a new vertical. Your role will involve actively contributing to the creation and growth of PedalInvest, rather than simply working within it. This position is not focused on finance, but instead on startup-building from the investor perspective. The key aspects of the role include managing people, fostering energy, cultivating relationships, demonstrating hustle, and ensuring sharp execution. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around developing PedalInvest's investor ecosystem. This will encompass sourcing, filtering, and onboarding global High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs) and angel investors. You will also be responsible for maintaining strong investor relations by keeping them informed, engaged, and aligned with our portfolio. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in facilitating deal closures between investors and startups, as well as organizing and hosting various online and offline investor events. The ideal candidate for this role will possess excellent communication skills, a profound understanding of the startup landscape (both from the startup and investment perspectives), a strong inclination towards building and creating without constant guidance, as well as the ability to thrive under pressure, maintain pace, and navigate through chaotic environments.
