Investor Relations Manager

Position -Investor Relation (IR) - Finance

Location - Ahmedabad (Gujarat)

Experience - 07+years

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage relationships and communication with investors, analysts, and capital market stakeholders
• Ensure accurate, transparent, and regulatory-compliant investor disclosures
• Plan and execute investor meetings, roadshows, earnings calls, and conferences
• Support CFO in investor presentations, financial disclosures, and capital market activities
• Address investor queries and provide insights on financial and strategic performance
• Build and expand the institutional investor base and manage analyst expectations
• Coordinate internally and with PR to ensure consistent, up-to-date investor communication
• Handle strategic initiatives and special projects as required
