To drive our ambitious growth plans, we are seeking an experienced professional to lead Fundraising & Investor Relations with a strong background in finance and established connections in the banking, NBFC, investment, and financial services sectors. 

Role Overview:

We are looking for a seasoned finance professional to lead our fundraising and investor relations efforts. The role involves leveraging strong networks in banking, NBFCs, VCs, PE firms, and HNIs to secure capital for our EV Charging Infrastructure business. The candidate will drive investor outreach, deliver financial models and pitches, and close high-value funding deals. They will also manage long-term investor relationships with transparent communication and confidence-building. This is a leadership opportunity to shape the financial growth of a fast-scaling EV company.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Drive fundraising strategy to secure investments from VCs, PE firms, NBFCs, banks, HNIs, and other financial institutions.

2. Leverage strong connections in the finance and banking sector to identify and onboard investors in the EV & clean-tech ecosystem.

3. Prepare and deliver investment pitches, proposals, and financial models; lead negotiations and close funding deals.

4. Act as the primary liaison with investors, ensuring transparent communication, regular updates, and long-term relationship building.

5. Organise investor meetings, presentations, and networking events to boost investor confidence.

6. Monitor EV industry trends, competitor activities, and investor sentiment to align capital-raising strategies.

7. Collaborate with finance and leadership teams to manage due diligence, audits, compliance, and optimise capital structures.

8. Advise senior management on fundraising timelines, investor expectations, and strategic partnerships.
