Investment Specialist

Role Overview: As a Relationship Manager focusing on High Net Worth Customers, your primary responsibility will be to develop and cultivate strong relationships with existing and potential customers in the liabilities category. You will be expected to prioritize Category A customers and engage in individual efforts to acquire new customers through external channels. Your commitment to providing exceptional customer service and adherence to bank policies will be crucial in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain banking relationships with high net worth customers through personalized customer services - Generate management information system (MIS) reports for monitoring and analysis - Cross-sell various bank products to increase the depth of the banking relationship - Proactively inform customers about new products or enhancements that may benefit them - Plan and execute special sales initiatives and events for both prospective and current clients - Collaborate with other group companies to ensure seamless access to a wider range of products and services for customers - Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions and transactions to contribute to a holistic understanding of each assigned customer account Qualifications Required: - Graduates with 4-6 years of relevant experience in AMFI/IRDA certification - Post Graduates with 2-4 years of relevant experience in AMFI/IRDA certification Note: If you are a proactive and customer-focused individual with a background in banking and a passion for fostering long-term relationships, this role offers you the opportunity to leverage your expertise to drive customer satisfaction and business growth.,
