To learn more about us, visit www.cambridgewealth.in What you will do: Client onboarding: Facilitate smooth onboarding of new clients, including High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs), Ultra High Net Worth Individuals (Ultra HNIs), and Non-Resident Indians (NRIs), ensuring all necessary documentation and processes are completed efficiently. Relationship Building : Foster strong client relationships through regular communication, addressing inquiries, and sharing investment updates. Portfolio Monitoring : Collaborate with the wealth management team to track portfolio performance, creating reports for clients that showcase growth and opportunities. Problem Resolution : Assist clients in resolving investment-related issues promptly and effectively, ensuring their concerns are addressed. Client transaction and execution: Executing client transactions, ensuring accurate and timely execution of their investment requirements. Data Management: Maintain and manage client data, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy. What are the qualifications you need: Education: Graduation in Finance, Commerce, Management, or Economics preferred. Certifications: NISM VA exam, AMFI certification preferred. Experience: Experience in the Mutual Fund field is an added advantage, with exposure to HNI, Ultra HNI, and NRI client needs. Familiarity with Zoho suites preferred. What would help make you a great fit for the role: Having a Client-centric, empathetic approach: Prioritize the specific needs of HNIs, Ultra HNIs, and NRIs, ensuring personalized and exceptional service. Knowledge of financial products: Familiarity with Mutual Funds, PMS, AIF and other financial products. Communication skills: Excellent verbal communication Experience with Mutual Fund Distribution operations would be a plus. Who you are NOT. The key responsibilities for this role include ensuring effective and smooth relationships with assigned corporate/HNI/wealth Banks in the region to drive business growth. You will be responsible for prospecting, selling, and managing corporate (HNI) customers and business leaders in large national and multinational organizations within the assigned region. Your role will involve influencing decision-making at senior levels of prospective business organizations and developing business through consultative engagement with Finance/Treasury heads and/or CEOs. Additionally, you will be mapping opportunities for primary selling, relationship management, and cross-selling a range of MF (investment) products. To excel in this role, you should possess an eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and a pleasing personality. Key account management skills are essential for success in this position. You will need to have a strong understanding of the products and markets, along with an extensive network. Candidates must hold a graduate or postgraduate degree with a minimum of 4-7 years of work experience, preferably in financial services. AMFI certification is compulsory and should be valid at the time of joining. The ideal candidate should be prepared to expand their job portfolio horizontally, and exposure to the MF industry will be an added advantage.,
