Role Overview

As an Investment Banking Specialist Intern at PipRaisers, you’ll gain immersive experience in working alongside analysts and advisors to develop investment strategies, monitor client portfolios, and participate in real-time advisory processes. This role is ideal for aspiring professionals who wish to combine financial analysis with client-centric strategy development.

Key Responsibilities

1. Assist in developing personalized investment strategies based on client goals and market dynamics

2. Research investment avenues such as stocks, ETFs, mutual funds, and derivatives

3. Support the advisory team in drafting client reports, portfolio reviews, and market commentary

4. Track portfolio performance and analyze the impact of macroeconomic events

5. Help with preparing financial plans, asset allocation strategies, and risk assessment reports

6. Participate in client meetings and understand the communication side of advisory services

7. Contribute to weekly research notes, trading ideas, and investor education content

Who Should Apply?

1. Students or recent graduates in Finance, Commerce, Economics, or MBA (Finance)

2. Keen interest in financial markets, portfolio management, and client advisory

3. Understanding of capital market products and investment tools

4. Strong communication skills—both written and verbal

5. Familiarity with platforms like TradingView, Excel, smallcase, and AMFI portals is a plus

6. Open to learning and working in a collaborative, insight-driven environment
