Vertical - Spare Part planning & Logistics Support

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹4-5 Lakhs per annum

Job Description:

He/she will be responsible for managing spare part inventory, planning, and logistics support. The primary focus will be on ensuring timely Planning of spare parts to meet customer demands while minimizing inventory costs.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Inventory Planning: Manage spare part inventory levels, monitor stock levels, and optimize inventory to meet service center demand.

2. Supply Chain Operations: Coordinate with suppliers, warehouses, and logistics providers to ensure smooth operations.

3. Reverse Logistics: Manage returns, repairs, and warranty claims for spare parts.

4. After Sales Service: Support after-sales service team in managing spare part requirements and ensuring timely delivery.

5. Data Analysis: Analyze inventory data, identify trends, and provide insights to improve inventory management.

6. Process Improvement: Continuously identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree / Certification in supply chain, Logistics, Operations, or related field.

2. 3-5 years of experience in supply chain, inventory planning, or logistics.

3. Good understanding of supply chain principles, inventory management, and logistics statutory compliances.

4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

5. Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP & CRM systems, and inventory management software.

6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:

1. Knowledge of reverse logistics and after-sales service operations.

2. Advance Excel & ERP Systems
