Inventory Manager

The Inventory Manager at Special You will be responsible for overseeing and managing the company’s inventory across warehouses and sales channels (Amazon, Flipkart, and others). This role ensures accurate stock levels, smooth order fulfillment, and proper coordination with procurement, warehouse, and sales teams to support business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end inventory management across warehouses and e-commerce platforms.
• Maintain accurate stock levels and ensure timely replenishment of fast-moving items.
• Monitor and reconcile stock discrepancies, damages, and returns.
• Implement inventory control processes to reduce shrinkage, wastage, and overstocking.
• Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and sales teams for smooth operations.
• Generate and analyze inventory reports (daily, weekly, monthly) to support business decisions.
• Ensure proper product labeling, categorization, and storage practices.
• Track product lifecycle and suggest clearance plans for slow-moving or obsolete stock.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards.
• Manage and guide the inventory team (executives, associates) for effective workflow.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• 1- 2 years of experience in inventory management, preferably in e-commerce/retail.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control systems and tools (Excel, Vlookup, Pivot table,ERP, or WMS).
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
