You’ll manage the seamless flow of inventory and information between the warehouse, retail outlets, and executive leadership—ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and transparency in operations. Key Responsibilities: Inbound & Outbound Stock Management Record all “transfer‑in” and “transfer‑out” transactions between the warehouse and stores in the ERP system. Reconcile physical stock against system entries to maintain accuracy. Expiry Date Monitoring Track shelf life for all products; flag upcoming expirations proactively (e.g., 30, 60 days in advance). Collaborate with stores to execute clearance or redistribution strategies. Purchase Order (PO) Handling Generate POs automatically or manually as required for replenishment, store transfers, and warehouse procurement. Validate POs against reorder thresholds, historical usage, and upcoming promotions. Stock Reporting & Audits Prepare monthly/weekly inventory reports (stock levels, age analysis, discrepancies) for management review. Conduct monthly physical stock counts in the warehouse and coordinate stock checks at store level; reconcile variances. ERP System Data Entry & Integrity Accurately input data related to inventory movements, PO status, serial/batch numbers, expiry dates, etc. Regularly maintain and clean data to prevent duplicates, omissions, or outdated records. Communication & Coordination Serve as a liaison among warehouse staff, store managers, and the CEO. Ensure timely updates on stock transfers, expirations, and stock shortages. Escalate critical issues (urgent stock-outs, expiry risks, stock discrepancies) directly to the CEO
