About the Role:

We are looking for a seasoned and proactive Inventory Manager with a minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in managing inventory, warehouse operations, and stock audits. The ideal candidate should have a strong grip on Tally, be exceptionally good with numbers, and demonstrate high attention to detail. This role demands someone active, reliable, and capable of independently handling inventory across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage inventory for multiple sites/stores/warehouses across India.
• Maintain accurate stock records using Tally ERP and ensure system accuracy.
• Conduct regular stock audits, identify discrepancies, and take timely action.
• Coordinate closely with the purchase, accounts, and dispatch teams for seamless operations.
• Analyze inventory trends, minimize stock holding costs, and reduce wastage.
• Ensure proper documentation, inward/outward entries, and physical verification of materials.
• Train and supervise local store staff (if applicable).
• Prepare and submit periodic inventory reports to the management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate in Commerce/Business/Logistics or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of core experience in inventory/store/warehouse management.
• Expert in Tally ERP and MS Excel (basic to intermediate level).
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Physically and mentally active with good coordination and organizational skills.
• Must be comfortable with documentation and handling fast-moving inventories.
• Willingness to travel or relocate as per operational requirements.

Pay: ₹30,758.47 - ₹38,621.55 per month
