Job Summary:

We are seeking a Marketing Manager who can manage social media, lead the SEO team, and oversee digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, hands-on digital marketing experience, and a strategic mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Social Media Management
• Plan and schedule content for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter)
• Increase engagement and followers organically
• Monitor trends and adapt strategies accordingly

SEO Oversight

• Coordinate with the SEO team to improve website rankings
• Review and guide keyword strategy, backlinks, and technical SEO
• Track traffic growth and performance

Digital Marketing

• Plan and execute paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)
• Analyze and optimize performance (CTR, CPC, ROI)
• Manage email marketing and retargeting campaigns

Team Collaboration

• Lead and support a small team of social media and SEO specialists
• Report performance metrics and campaign results to management
• Suggest improvements based on analytics and industry trends

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing and team management
• Good knowledge of SEO tools (e.g., Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs)
• Experience with paid ads platforms (Google, Meta)
• Strong communication and leadership skills
