Job Description

Job Title: Inventory & Logistics Manager   Job Summary   The Inventory & Operations Manager at Mystery Rooms is responsible for overseeing, organizing, and optimizing all inventory-related aspects across escape room locations, support functions, and allied operations. This role goes beyond traditional inventory management and focuses on ensuring smooth day-to-day operations by maintaining availability of props, consumables, technical equipment, F&B supplies, and maintenance items- while controlling costs and minimizing downtime.   The role requires close coordination with operations, maintenance, game design, procurement, and finance teams to support seamless guest experiences across all Mystery Rooms locations.   Key Responsibilities   * Oversee and manage inventory across all Mystery Rooms locations, including escape room props, game equipment, technical hardware, F&B supplies, and maintenance materials * Monitor stock levels and usage patterns to ensure uninterrupted operations and timely replenishment * Develop and implement practical inventory control processes suited to a multi-location, experience-based business * Track movement of inventory including procurement, storage, internal transfers, repairs, and replacements * Conduct regular physical checks, audits, and reconciliations of inventory at stores and central storage locations * Coordinate closely with operations, maintenance, and game design teams to anticipate requirements for new games, upgrades, and repairs * Work with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely procurement, cost efficiency, and quality standards * Identify slow-moving, damaged, or obsolete items and recommend corrective actions * Maintain accurate records using spreadsheets or inventory tools and ensure data consistency * Prepare regular inventory and consumption reports for management review * Support cost control initiatives by minimizing wastage, losses, and emergency purchases * Ensure compliance with internal policies, safety standards, and operational guidelines   Required Qualifications   * Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory) * Prior experience in inventory management, operations, hospitality, retail, or multi-location businesses * Hands-on experience with inventory tracking, audits, and process implementation * Strong working knowledge of Excel and basic inventory tracking systems * Ability to manage on-ground coordination along with data tracking   Skills & Competencies   * Practical inventory planning and consumption tracking * Strong organizational and follow-up skills * Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail * Ability to work across teams and locations * Cost awareness and operational efficiency * Adaptability in a fast-paced, experience-driven environment
