Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Maintain accurate inventory records for raw materials, finished goods, and supplies.
Monitor stock levels and ensure timely reorder planning to prevent shortages or excesses.
Coordinate with procurement, production, and sales teams to align inventory with demand forecasts.
Conduct physical stock audits and reconcile discrepancies in inventory records.
Implement and maintain inventory best practices, systems, and tools.
Supervise warehouse operations: storage, labeling, inward/outward movement, and housekeeping.
Prepare regular inventory reports and insights for management decisionmaking.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality standards, and company SOPs in warehouse management.

Preferred candidate profile

4 to 6 years of experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or logistics (preferably in manufacturing environment )
Strong knowledge of inventory control systems, ERP systems, and stock management principles.
Excellent organizational, analytical, and problemsolving skills.
Ability to lead and coordinate with crossfunctional teams.
High attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping.
Proficient in MS Excel and Inventory management software.

** Candidates must have prior working experience on SAP software. **
