Inventory Manager – Dessert Villa Café Location: Aurangabad Type: Full-Time Role OverviewResponsible for managing stock of raw materials, desserts, beverages, packaging, and café supplies across Dessert Villa outlets while minimizing wastage and ensuring smooth operations. Key ResponsibilitiesPlan & maintain optimum stock levels Receive & verify deliveries (quality, quantity, expiry) Maintain inventory records & daily stock updates Implement FIFO / expiry control Track wastage & variance Coordinate with vendors & manage purchasing Conduct weekly stock audits Requirements Experience in cafe/restaurant inventory preferred Basic computer knowledge required Knowledge of POS / inventory software (added advantage) Honest, reliable & well-organized Training will be provided
