Role Overview

Inventory Manager

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and control inventory levels to ensure the uninterrupted availability of supplies
Manage procurement activities, including vendor coordination and purchase planning
Maintain accurate inventory records, reports, and documentation for audits and accountability
Implement and continuously improve inventory control systems and processes
Track stock movement, usage patterns, and minimise wastage
Prepare and analyse inventory reports to support operational and planning decisions
Collaborate with internal teams to meet organisational inventory needs efficiently

Qualifications & Skills

Proven experience in inventory management and inventory control
Strong analytical, reporting, and documentation skills
Excellent communication and coordination abilities
Ability to work systematically, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines
Familiarity with supply chain processes and inventory management software is an advantage
Prior experience in an NGO or animal welfare organisation is preferred
