We’re hiring for three roles:

1. HR Intern

Role Overview:

Support hiring, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives. Gain hands-on HR experience in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with recruitment and interview scheduling
• Help prepare HR documents, onboarding, and orientation
• Support team engagement activities and internal communications

What You Bring:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Organized, proactive, and team-oriented
• Currently pursuing HR, business, or related field

2. AI/ML Intern

Role Overview:

Work alongside our AI team to research and develop smart algorithmic-trading models.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in building and fine-tuning ML models for trade signal generation
• Run data preprocessing and technical analysis feature engineering
• Support backtesting efforts using historical market data

What You Bring:

• Knowledge of machine learning, Python, libraries like scikit‑learn or TensorFlow
• Analytical mindset and problem‑solving skills
• Pursuing studies in CS, AI/ML, data science or related field

3. Backend Intern

Role Overview:

Help build and maintain our trading platform’s backend systems—APIs, authentication, and integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain backend services in Python, Node.js, or Java
• Integrate trading APIs and database management
• Debug, optimize performance, and assist deployment

What You Bring:

• Experience with RESTful APIs, databases (SQL/NoSQL), and Git
• Logical thinking, attention to detail, and collaborative attitude
• Pursuing a degree in CS, software engineering, or related field
