Program Duration & Stipend 📅 Duration: 90 days 💰 Stipend: ₹3,000 – ₹7,000 (based on role, skills, and performance) Location: Bhubaneswar Job Type: On-Site We’re hiring for three roles: 1. HR Intern Role Overview: Support hiring, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives. Gain hands-on HR experience in a fast-paced startup environment. Key Responsibilities: Assist with recruitment and interview scheduling Help prepare HR documents, onboarding, and orientation Support team engagement activities and internal communications What You Bring: Strong interpersonal and communication skills Organized, proactive, and team-oriented Currently pursuing HR, business, or related field 2. AI/ML Intern Role Overview: Work alongside our AI team to research and develop smart algorithmic-trading models. Key Responsibilities: Assist in building and fine-tuning ML models for trade signal generation Run data preprocessing and technical analysis feature engineering Support backtesting efforts using historical market data What You Bring: Knowledge of machine learning, Python, libraries like scikit‑learn or TensorFlow Analytical mindset and problem‑solving skills Pursuing studies in CS, AI/ML, data science or related field 3. Backend Intern Role Overview: Help build and maintain our trading platform’s backend systems—APIs, authentication, and integrations.
