Customer Support Executive Voice Process

Location: Noida

Eligibility Criteria (Strict)

• Graduation is mandatory• Minimum

  1 year of BPO voice experience

  (on papers)• Excellent English communication skills (C1 level required)• Candidates with MTI, fumbling, or poor sentence construction will not be considered• Comfortable with rotational shifts and rotational week offs• Immediate joiners only• Candidates with

  any notice period should not apply

  • Exception: Candidates who can

  join on or before 2nd February

  may apply

Salary & Benefits

• Maximum CTC:

  Up to 34,000

  • One-side cab facility available between

  7:00 PM 7:00 AM

• • Cab Allowance:

  3,600 per month, if did'nt opt the cab.

Work Schedule

• 5 days working
  • Rotational shifts• Rotational weekly offs

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls professionally and confidently
  • Resolve customer queries with accuracy and empathy• Maintain high quality and compliance standards• Ensure customer satisfaction and first-call resolution• Update customer interactions accurately in internal systems• Meet productivity and performance benchmarks
