Key Responsibilities:

Travel Operations & Project Execution

  • Plan and coordinate end-to-end group travel logistics for students, academic delegates, and institutional clients
  • Handle international bookings (flights, hotels, ground transfers, insurance, and visa processing)
  • Liaise with airlines, universities, embassies, and suppliers to ensure seamless arrangements
  • Design destination-specific itineraries aligned with academic and cultural objectives
  • Ensure documentation accuracy, regulatory compliance, and timely visa submission
  • Provide pre-departure briefings and on-ground support (if required)
  • Maintain records for payments, invoicing, travel documentation, and vendor tracking
  • Respond to travel-related issues and provide solutions proactively

Business Communication & Strategic Engagement

  • Identify and build partnerships with universities, schools, and corporates across India and abroad
  • Create and present compelling proposals, MoUs, service agreements, and capability decks
  • Execute professional outreach via LinkedIn, WhatsApp, email, and direct follow-ups
  • Align regional communication efforts with national growth targets and campaign goals
  • Position UAS as a trusted brand in academic mobility and global education consulting

Public Relations & Brand Visibility

  • Build and maintain media and influencer relationships within the education and travel ecosystem
  • Represent UAS International at summits, expos, institutional events, and partner forums
  • Draft press releases, promotional content, and media features aligned with brand messaging
  • Manage brand reputation and handle crisis communication as per organizational protocol

Qualifications & Key Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Business, Communications, or related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in international group travel, preferably in the education or MICE segment
  • Experience in institutional client handling and strategic outreach is preferred
  • Familiarity with GDS systems, visa documentation, and booking platforms
  • Knowledge of key destinations: UAE, Singapore, Malaysia, Europe, UK, etc.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities
  • Must hold a valid passport and be open to international travel

Work Environment & Requirements:

  • Location:

    Gurugram (Relocation mandatory for outstation candidates)
  • Working Days:

    Monday to Saturday
  • Working Hours:

    10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
  • Travel:

    Frequent international travel involved for project coordination and client servicing
