This position plays a vital role in strengthening the brand’s visibility, driving business growth, and enhancing global academic engagement through curated student mobility programs and strategic communications. Key Responsibilities: 🔹 New Business Communication & Strategy Identify and establish strategic partnerships with universities, institutions, and corporates across the region Develop and present impactful pitch decks, proposals, MoUs, service agreements, and capability documents Execute multi-channel outreach via LinkedIn, WhatsApp, email, and direct client interactions Align communication and business development efforts with national growth objectives and enrollment targets Establish UAS International as a thought leader in global academic travel and international education consulting 🔹 Public Relations & Stakeholder Engagement Build and manage regional PR networks, including media, education influencers, and institutional decision-makers Represent UAS International at education summits, international expos, forums, and institutional tie-ups Draft and distribute press releases, feature articles, and branded content for print and digital media Handle brand reputation management and ensure PR communications are aligned with company values and crisis protocols 🔹 Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration Lead and mentor a regional team or interns focused on outreach and communication support Collaborate with the creative team for impactful visual and written collaterals Liaise with operations, academic, and program management teams to ensure successful delivery of Edu-MICE experiences Required Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Public Relations, Business Communication, Marketing, or related field 2–4 years of professional experience in business development communication, public relations, or partnership roles—preferably in education, travel, or event management Proven storytelling and business communication skills (verbal and written) Experience in regional client engagement, institutional tie-ups, and public-facing roles Familiarity with CRM platforms, data reporting tools, and digital outreach automation Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to lead independently in a target-driven environment Strong attention to detail, time management, and cross-functional coordination Work Environment & Conditions: Location: Gurugram (relocation mandatory for non-NCR applicants) Working Days: Monday to Saturday Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM Travel Requirement: Must hold a valid passport – frequent international travel involved for project execution and stakeholder engagement Compensation & Benefits: CTC: Up to ₹6,00,000 (in-hand annually) International Travel Perks & Global Exposure Monthly & Annual Performance Incentives Sponsored International Education & Training Opportunities Participation in Global Delegations, Summits, and Industry Events

This role blends travel management, institutional partnership building, and public relations — supporting educational institutions, students, and faculty in global immersion, learning, and networking experiences.
