Job Description

Key Responsibilities: · Assist in the collection, organization, and verification of necessary documents and data for domestic and international tender submissions. · Support the preparation of comprehensive tender documents, including proposals, bids, technical responses, and financial documentation. · Ensure all submissions are accurate, complete, compliant, and submitted within deadlines. · Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify suitable tender opportunities across both government and international platforms. · Analyze tender specifications and requirements to ensure compliance and competitiveness, especially in international bidding scenarios. · Assist in evaluating potential suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors involved in the tendering process. · Coordinate with cross-functional internal teams to gather required technical, financial, and legal information for tenders. · Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and global stakeholders to collect quotes, resolve queries, and ensure alignment with tender requirements. · Support in scheduling tender-related meetings, preparing agendas, and documenting detailed minutes for internal records. · Maintain and update tender records, trackers, and databases systematically. · Monitor the progress of active tenders and ensure adherence to timelines. · Provide general administrative support to the tendering and business development team. Candidate Requirements: · Graduate in any discipline (Engineering, Commerce, or Business preferred). · Excellent written and verbal communication skills. · Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). · Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. · Demonstrated analytical and research abilities. · Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. · Prior knowledge or exposure to international tendering (such as UN, World Bank, ADB, or foreign government procurement) is highly desirable.
