International Sales Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead international sales efforts and drive business growth through proactive outreach and relationship building. The ideal candidate will be experienced in cold calling, lead generation, and sales development across international markets, particularly the UK and Europe, while working during night shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets in international markets.
• Conduct cold calls, email outreach, and follow-ups to generate qualified leads and close sales opportunities.
• Manage and nurture relationships with clients across different time zones (UK/Europe).
• Supervise and support a team of sales representatives to ensure consistent performance and sales excellence.
• Track and analyze key sales metrics, prepare performance reports, and present actionable insights.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine outreach strategies and improve conversion rates.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop plans to expand the company’s global footprint.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• 3+ years of proven experience in sales or business development, with a focus on international or B2B markets.
• Demonstrated success in cold calling, lead generation, and closing sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Proficient in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) and sales reporting systems.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible to work night shifts and support UK/Europe sales outreach.
• Shift hours: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
